                 AD                                                                         Stephen Curry, born on March 14, 1988, is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Golden State Warriors in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is widely regarded as one of the best players in the league, and his impressive career statistics and accolades speak for themselves.   Early Life and Career Stephen Curry was born in Akron, Ohio, but grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. His father, Dell Curry, was a former NBA player, and his mother, Sonya Curry, was a standout volleyball player in college. From an early age, Stephen was interested in basketball and spent countless hours honing his skills on the court. Curry attended high school at Charlotte Christian School, where he was a standout basketball player. Despite his success in high school, he was not heavily recruited by major college programs due to his small stature and lack of elite athleticism.
